- Curbside pick up only! You do not even need to get out of your car! We come to you!
- Please put the correct time on your reservation and or appointment. If your time needs adjusting call us and let us know. Especially if your pet is getting a departure bath.
- Unless set up for a tour, we ask that people not come into loby as this helps the pets have less stress. When pets see people that don’t work here they bark and this can stress out other pets in our care.

IF YOU ARE MAKING A GROOMING REQUEST ONLINE PLEASE REMEMBER THAT THE GROOMER MAY BE BOOKED. THE SOFTWARE WILL SHOW OPENINGS HOWEVER, THAT MAY NOT BE THE CASE DUE TO TIME RESTRAINTS. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. The software does not know how long it takes to groom a Chihuahua vs an Old English Sheep Dog.
Pets picked up before or after hours will be charged for the day and a $50.00 afterhours fee. Early and late pick-ups must be pre-arranged.
Pets picked up on Sunday 11-12:00 will be charged for 1/2 day. Pickup 4-5:00 would be a full day charge.
We provide the following for our cats & dogs: Beds, Blankets/Bedding, Toys and Food & Water Dishes. You Provide: Food, Treats, Medications (if any, and whatever you use with them eg: pill pockets, hotdogs, peanut butter, etc…)! If you are boarding an exotic pet, we ask that you bring their home as well as all necessary supplies with them (food, treats, vitamins, heat lamps or rocks, bedding, etc…)!
Holiday Policy
Charleston Pet Resort & Spa is happy to accept holiday reservations in advance. We require a credit card number to hold your holiday reservation. Your card will not be charged unless you cancel without 72 hour (3 days) notice. If cancelled with less than 3 days notice, your credit card will be charged a 3 night stay.
Requirements to board
All canines must be up to date on Rabies, DHLP & Intrac II (we strongly suggest canine flu vaccine)
No Aggressive pets (we must be able to handle your pet incase of a emergency) If you are unsure if you pet is good with new people you can set up to bring them in for a Orientation day.
